Who is eligible for the Standard Plan Offer?
This offer is available to Laneway Festival 2026 Auckland attendees who are new NEON sign-ups or returning customers.
How do I get the Standard Plan Offer?
If you attend Laneway Festival 2026 in Auckland, you will have an opportunity to scan a unique QR code. Once scanned, it will take you to a page where you can do the following:
- Input your email address
- Input your first and last name
- A unique voucher code will then be sent to your email inbox
Use this code to sign up to a NEON Standard Plan between Thursday 5 February 12:00PM and Sunday 15 February 11:59PM, and you will pay $0.00 for the first month of NEON Standard Plan.
If you do not have a Neon account, you can get started in a few easy steps:
- Go to neontv.co.nz
- Click 'Sign up' in the top-right of the browser window
- Select monthly Standard Plan
- Next enter your name, email address and choose a secure password
- Check the box to agree to the NEON Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
- Add your unique voucher code
- From the next screen, enter your payment details
All done! You can now get stuck into the awesome content that NEON has to offer.
If you already have a NEON account, but no active Plan:
- Go to neontv.co.nz
- Log in to your NEON account with your Email address and password
- Head to My Account then Plan and Payment
- Select 'Add Plan' under Manage your plan
- Select monthly Standard Plan
- Add your unique voucher code
- Enter your payment details and you’re good to go
What happens at the end of the Standard Plan One-Month Offer Period?
Once the One-Month Offer Period ends, your plan will automatically renew, and you will be charged the full regular monthly Standard Plan price of $23.99 until you cancel your plan.
Can I move to a cheaper plan after the offer ends?
Yes. At the end of the One-Month Offer Period, you can downgrade to the ‘Basic with Ads’ plan, which will cost $14.99 per month. For instructions on how to downgrade your plan, please visit here.
Can I cancel before the One-Month Offer Period ends?
Yes. If you cancel your plan during the One-Month Offer Period, your subscription will end after the One-Month Offer Period with no charge. The end date of your subscription can be found in My Account > Plan and Payment.

Terms and Conditions
This promotional offer is available during Laneway Festival 2026 only. When you sign up for a NEON Standard Plan as part of this promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- If you are a new or returning NEON customer and you sign up for a NEON Standard Plan between Thursday 5 February 12:00PM and Sunday 15 February 11:59PM, you will pay $0.00 for the first month of your Standard Plan (One-Month Offer Period).
- To sign up for NEON, you need to be located in New Zealand and be 18 years of age or older.
- Once the One-Month Offer Period ends, your monthly plan will automatically renew and you will be charged the monthly Standard Plan price of $23.99 until your plan is cancelled by you.
- This offer does not apply to NEON movie rentals, which will incur an additional cost.
- You may end your subscription at any time by cancelling it on the Neon website. You will be able to continue to use the subscription until your next billing date, after which time your subscription will end.
- To use NEON, you will need an internet connection, a compatible device, and a New Zealand credit/debit card.
- Your usual Internet Service Provider charges apply.
- The offer is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer before you complete sign-up. Any changes will not affect customers who have already signed up in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
