What happens at the end of the offer period?

Once the offer period ends, your plan will automatically renew, and you will be charged the full regular monthly Standard Plan price of $23.99 per month until you cancel your plan.

What happens if I cancel before the offer period ends?

If you cancel your plan during the offer period, your plan will end on your next bill date, which can be found in My Account > Plan and Payment.

When you sign up for 10% off offer, you agree to these Terms below.

1. New and returning NEON customers who redeem the voucher SAVENEON10 at checkout will pay $21.59 for their first month of NEON Standard (Offer Period).
2. Once the Offer Period ends, your monthly plan will automatically renew and you will be charged the monthly Standard Plan price of $23.99 per month until your plan is cancelled by you.
3. Existing NEON customers with an active Plan cannot redeem the voucher code.
4. This offer does not apply to NEON movie rentals, which will incur an additional cost.
5. You may cancel your plan at any time by cancelling on the NEON website and your plan will end on your next bill date.
6. The discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
7. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
