Movies and shows which can be downloaded are indicated by a green download arrow.

If the download arrow is grey, it means the show or movie is unavailable for download. You will also receive a message advising you if a movie or show is not available for download when you try to download it.

If you have previously downloaded an item it may no longer be available to download by you again.
