Up to five different devices can be connected to Neon using one account. These devices include computers, smartphones, PlayStations, Smart TVs, Apple TV (4th Gen or newer) and Chromecast.

Here are the steps to manage your account's devices:

• Head to neontv.co.nz/my-account/devices
• Enter your password to verify you're the right person to make changes
• From here you can view what devices have had downloads made to them or remove a device.

Note that removing a device does not remove the downloads off the device. The downloads will need to be removed off the device before removing the device from the Neon account.

PLEASE NOTE: you can only remove a total of 12 devices per year.
